URAD DAL KE BADD

INGREDIENTS
 
  • Urad Dal – 500gms
  • Chopped Onions – 1/2 cup
  • Jeera Powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala – 2 tsp
  • Sesame Seeds – 10 gms
  • Green Chilly’s – 5 to 6
  • Coriander leaves – 2 bunch’s
  • Salt – as per taste

COOKING TIME

 

  • Total Time : 25 – 30 mins
  • Preparation Time :  10 mins
  • Cooking Time : 20 mins
  • Servings : 4

COOKING PROCESS

  • Soak Urad overnight. Strain the water and grind the dal into coarse paste.
  • Add Jeera powder, Garam masala, Salt, Chopped Onions, Coriander leaves, Chilly’s, and mix well.
  • Make small balls by applying water on the palms and flatten them and coat them with sesame seeds
  • Deep fry in oil and serve hot with chutney.
