MEETHA BHAAT
INGREDIENTS
- Pahadi Red Rice – 1 cup
- Grated Coconut – 1/4 cup
- Diced Cocunut – 1/4 cup
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Jaggery – 1/2 cup
COOKING TIME
- Total Time : 30 – 45 mins
- Preparation Time : 10 – 15 mins
- Cooking Time : 25 – 35 mins
- Servings : 4

COOKING PROCESS
- Wash and soak the red rice for 20 – 30 minutes.
- Drain and keep it aside.
- Heat the water in a pan and add Jaggery.
- Once the jaggery has got disolved, add the red rice.
- Cook until the rice is soft. Garnish with Cashews & Coconut. Your Meetha Bhaat is ready to be served.
