INGREDIENTS
- Jhangora – 500 gms
- Sugar – 200 gms
- Milk – 2Lts
- Cahewnuts – 50 gms
- Raisins – 50 gms
- Chironji – 50 gms
COOKING TIME
- Total Time : 60 mins
- Preparation Time : 5 mins
- Cooking Time : 40 – 50 mins
- Servings : 4

COOKING PROCESS
- Wash and soak Jhangora in water for an hour.
- Boil the Milk & add Jhangora and stir well to avoid lumps.
- Add sugar and cook till it done.
- Garnish with Raisins, Cashewnuts, and Chironji
