JHANGORA KI KHEER

INGREDIENTS
 
  • Jhangora – 500 gms
  • Sugar – 200 gms
  • Milk – 2Lts
  • Cahewnuts – 50 gms
  • Raisins – 50 gms
  • Chironji – 50 gms

COOKING TIME

  • Total Time : 60 mins
  • Preparation Time : 5  mins
  • Cooking Time : 40 – 50 mins
  • Servings : 4

COOKING PROCESS

 
  • Wash and soak Jhangora in water for an hour.
  • Boil the Milk & add Jhangora and stir well to avoid lumps.
  • Add sugar and cook till it done.
  • Garnish with Raisins, Cashewnuts, and Chironji
