URAD DAL KE BADD
INGREDIENTS
- Urad Dal – 500gms
- Chopped Onions – 1/2 cup
- Jeera Powder – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala – 2 tsp
- Sesame Seeds – 10 gms
- Green Chilly’s – 5 to 6
- Coriander leaves – 2 bunch’s
- Salt – as per taste

- Total Time : 25 – 30 mins
- Preparation Time : 10 mins
- Cooking Time : 20 mins

COOKING PROCESS
- Soak Urad overnight. Strain the water and grind the dal into coarse paste.
- Add Jeera powder, Garam masala, Salt, Chopped Onions, Coriander leaves, Chilly’s, and mix well.
- Make small balls by applying water on the palms and flatten them and coat them with sesame seeds
- Deep fry in oil and serve hot with chutney.
