SISHOON KA SAAG
INGREDIENTS
- Sishoon ( Bichu Ghaas / Kandali ) : 1 Kg
- Jakhiya : 30 – 40 Gms
- Red Chilly Powder : As Per Taste
- Asafoetida (Hing) : 2 pinch
- Salt : As Per Taste
- Oil : 15-20 Ml

- Preparation Time : 10 – 15 mins
- Cooking Time : 25 – 35 mins

COOKING PROCESS
- Wash Sishoon( Nettle Leaves ) & Chop them finely.
- By taking the pot and boiling some water in it. Then we’ll add Sishoon & once boiled, wash them with fresh water. Repeat this process for 2 – 3 times.
- Grind these leaves in a mortar & pestle until it forms a paste.
- Heat the pan, add Jakhiya & red chilly powder. Now add this paste & let it cook for 15 – 20 mins.
- Add Salt as per taste & stir it.
- Your Sishoon ka Saag is ready. Garnish it with butter & fried red chilies.
