INGREDIENTS
- Rice Flour – 2 cups
- Chana Dal – 50 gms
- Water – 1 cup
- Gud / Jaggery – as per taste
- Salt – as per taste
COOKING TIME
- Total Time : 30 – 45 mins
- Preparation Time : 10 – 15 mins
- Cooking Time : 25 – 35 mins

COOKING PROCESS
- Soak dal for 3 – 4 hours and after that drain the water completely. Cook the dal for 2 – 3 whistles. Coarsley grind the dal.
- Take a pan and add some ghee, coarsely grinded dal, jaggery & some salt & Roast it until the jaggery is dissolved in this mixture.
- Make the dough of rice flour.
- Make large dumplings.
- Fill the dumplings with the above mixture.
- Steam the dumplings. Your Seede is ready to be served.
