INGREDIENTS
 
  • Rice Flour – 2 cups
  • Chana Dal – 50 gms
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Gud / Jaggery – as per taste
  • Salt – as per taste

COOKING TIME

  • Total Time : 30 – 45 mins
  • Preparation Time : 10 – 15 mins
  • Cooking Time : 25 – 35 mins
  • Servings : 4

COOKING PROCESS

  • Soak dal for 3 – 4 hours and after that drain the water completely. Cook the dal for 2 – 3 whistles. Coarsley grind the dal.
  • Take a pan and add some ghee, coarsely grinded dal, jaggery & some salt & Roast it until the jaggery is dissolved in this mixture.
  • Make the dough of rice flour. 
  • Make large dumplings.
  • Fill the dumplings with the above mixture.
  • Steam the dumplings. Your Seede is ready to be served.
