KAFULI / KAAFA
INGREDIENTS
- Spinach ( Palak ) : 3 Bunches
- Fenugreek Leaves
- ( Methi ): 1 Bunch
- Green Chillies : 5 – 6
- Turmeric Powder : 1 Tbps
- Garlic Cloves : 10
- Ginger : 1/2 Inch
- Coriander Powder : 1 Tbps
- Yoghurt : 5 Tbps
- Asafoetida (Hing) : 2 pinch
- Salt : As Per Taste
- Mustard Oil : 15-20 Ml

- Total Time : 30 – 45 mins
- Preparation Time : 10 mins
- Cooking Time : 25 – 35 mins

COOKING PROCESS
- Wash spinach ( palak ), fenugreek leaves (methi ) & Chop them finely.
- By taking the pot and boiling some water in it. Then we’ll add methi, palak and chopped green chilies for added flavor.
- Remove the ingredients from flame and blend it in a blender.
- Chop ginger and garlic.
- Take the pot & on medium flame, add the oil. Now add garlic, ginger, cumin seeds and asafoetida. Mix well.
- Then add blended Puree, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and enough water to the pan.
- Add the yoghurt in the mixture & let it cook for 20 mins & your Kafuli is ready to be served.
