  • Jhangora – 2 Cups
  • Buttermilk – 600 ml

  • Total Time : 15 – 20 mins
  • Preparation Time : 0 mins
  • Cooking Time : 15 – 20  mins
  • Servings : 4

COOKING PROCESS

  • Add jhangora to boiling water & cook for 5 – 10 mins.
  • Mix buttermilk & cook for 3 – 5 mins.
  • Serve it with Pahadi Gud ( jaggery ) or with Pisiyu loon ( Pahadi Namak ).
