ALOO DAAL PAKODA
INGREDIENTS
- Boiled Potatoes – 2 to 3
- Ginger – 5 gms.
- Onions – 100 gms
- Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- Garlic – 5 to 6 cloves
- Lemon – 1
- Coriander leaves
- Green chilies – 3 to 4
- Egg – 1
- Edible Oil – 300 ml
- Boiled mix Dal (pulse) – 100 gms.
- Bread crumbs – 100 gms.
COOKING TIME
- Total Time : 30 – 45 mins
- Preparation Time : 10 – 15 mins
- Cooking Time : 25 – 35 mins

COOKING PROCESS
- Boil the Potatoes for 2 – 3 whistles, post that peel and mash them.
- Add salt, half lemon, Chopped onions, ginger, chillies, coriander leaves & Garam Masala.
- Add boiled mix dal to the mixture and squeeze the remaining half lemon. Mash this mixture.
- Make tikki shapes of these mixtures & dip in beaten egg white ( Optional – Else You could prepare a maida mix with water ).
- Coat it with breadcrumbs, deep fry in oil ( in low flame ).
- Served hot with Bhaang Ki Chutney or any other pahadi chutney.
