CHHAUA / CHOL ROTI

INGREDIENTS
  • Wheat Flour – 1 cup
  • Chopped Green Chilly – 2 
  • Chopped Spring Onion – 1 
  • Chopped Mint Leaves – 1/4 bunch
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Water 

COOKING TIME

 

  • Total Time : 30 – 45 mins
  • Preparation Time : 10 – 15 mins
  • Cooking Time : 25 – 35 mins
  • Servings : 4

COOKING PROCESS

 
  • In a bowl, add flour and rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
  • Gradually keep adding water until a smooth batter is of pancake batter consistency.
  • Heat a frying pan with oil. 
  • Pour the batter, rotating gently in circular motion to get the desired size of the roti.
  • Switch sides once cooked. 
  • Serve with chutney.
