CHHAUA / CHOL ROTI
INGREDIENTS
- Wheat Flour – 1 cup
- Chopped Green Chilly – 2
- Chopped Spring Onion – 1
- Chopped Mint Leaves – 1/4 bunch
- Salt – as per taste
- Water

- Total Time : 30 – 45 mins
- Preparation Time : 10 – 15 mins
- Cooking Time : 25 – 35 mins

COOKING PROCESS
- In a bowl, add flour and rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
- Gradually keep adding water until a smooth batter is of pancake batter consistency.
- Heat a frying pan with oil.
- Pour the batter, rotating gently in circular motion to get the desired size of the roti.
- Switch sides once cooked.
- Serve with chutney.
